After separating from the United States Marine Corps, Charlie earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Accounting.

While in college, he had the opportunity to work at Mary Kay's world headquarters as an analyst, where he prepared data and reporting decks for upper management.

Charlie later worked across several industries, including construction, SaaS, tech, education, insurance, and eCommerce. He has held virtually every position in the accounting and finance field, ultimately serving as CFO before leaving the corporate world to start his own firm.

Charlie joined Endeavoring as CFO after embracing the company's culture and vision for building HealthSpan projects into the future. He continues to grow the team and recruit top talent to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
